Cookies Notice

Cookies, kept essential.

Effective 15 May 2026

We use a small number of cookies and similar local storage to make SeamBase work. We do not use cookies for advertising, third-party tracking, or behavioural analytics.

What we use

Authentication cookies (essential). Set by Supabase to keep you signed in. Without these you would have to log in on every page load. These are first-party cookies scoped to .seambase.center and expire when your refresh token does.

Theme preference (local storage). Your light/dark mode choice is stored locally in your browser so the page renders in the right theme on return. No server reads this.

CAPTCHA challenge cookie (essential). Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie during signup or demo to remember that the request came from a human, not a bot. Set by challenges.cloudflare.com.

Payment session cookies (essential). When you checkout or open the billing portal, Stripe may set its own session cookies on stripe.com to complete the transaction securely. We do not control these.

What we don't use

  • No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or ad-network trackers.
  • No third-party social-media widgets.
  • No cross-site tracking.
  • No behavioural profiling cookies.

Controlling cookies

Because all the cookies we set are essential to providing the Service, disabling them will prevent the Service from working (you won’t stay signed in, billing won’t complete, etc.). You can clear or block them in your browser settings, but we don’t recommend it.

Browser guides: Chrome · Safari · Firefox.

Updates

If we ever add non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics), we will update this notice and ask for your consent first. Until then, no cookie banner is required by UK ePrivacy rules — the cookies listed above are all strictly necessary to deliver the Service you requested.
